At CleverEve, our goal is to become our customers’ personal online jeweler. Since this is our aim, communicating with our customers in their language is important to us. Our staff speaks 10 different languages but we sell to over 100 countries. In order to facilitate a smooth online shopping experience for all of our customers, we are offering an automated translation tool created by Google. It allows our customers to view many parts of our site in a variety of languages. We are still testing this new feature on our site but hope that it will facilitate a seamless online shopping experience for our international customers.

CleverEve launches official YouTube channel

We have started adding videos of our diamond jewelry to our YouTube channel and are delighted to bring CleverEve’s content to the fans of high quality diamond jewelry in the YouTube community.

We are one of the first online jewelry sites presenting our merchandise both in pictures and video. Our customers can see the actual jewelry piece in a video clip optimized for web viewing. The technical staff at CleverEve are working hard to add new features and improve the overall design of the site. As of this last week, we have added over 100 videos of our products for our customers to be able to see the items they are interested in as close to having them in their hands as possible.

On the security site we take it as our mission to prevent fraud or identity theft from occurring on or through our site. To this end we have a tri-fold method of ensuring our customers’ purchases are safe and secure.

We are a Hackersafe site. HackerSafe is a service that helps protect our customers from identity theft and credit card fraud.
